    Great hotel, great design. Personal Nespresso machine and Kiehl cosmetics are complimentary. Nice pool on the roof. Friendly and professional stuff.

    Air conditioning equipment - very loud, especially in the small room - had to turn it down for the night. Also i was able to hear music from hall in my room even at 2am.

    The staff were excellent, from the moment I asked for an early check in to my last day when I needed a late check out. Very attentive, the staff knew guests by name and were always available to assist. No request was a problem. The room was very spacious and ultra comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay at the Naumi hotel and will definitely go back again.

    More food selection would have been good, but apart from that my stay was perfect.

    We enjoyed the stay, location excellent, staffhappy and helpful, service and facilities first class if somewhat expensive.

    The airconditioning particularlly in the common areas (bar, lobby etc) was set a bit low and bar drinks expensive.

    Please write at least 15 words the hotel is sheer luxury and the staff utterly charming, nothing was too much trouble. We were also upgraded as it was our anniversary, at no extra cost. Wonderful, quiet, cosy hotel

    No it was great but the addition of a restaurant would make it even better!

    Close to downtown and airport

    I rated hotel gourmet - you pay alot for not much. Hotels in Singapore are expensive but most provide value for money. As a frequent traveller to Singapore I gave this one a go - I wouldn't stay here again.The hotel is clean, staff are friendly but room is too small and I think overpriced for what you get,

    Rooftop infinity pool offers amazing views. Breakfast options were disappointing and inconsistent. Enjoyed the happy hour drinks. Would recommend for the location.

    Lovely boutique hotel,close to everything with wonderful staff.Issues do arise at any hotel but I can say that the Naumi staff dealt with an air conditioning issue quickly and to our satisfaction.The rooms were quiet and very comfortable. The cleaning staff did an excellent job each day.Breakfast was superb with quirky touches such as vitamin pills and protein shakes along with a nice mix for varied tastes and cultures.The view from the roof top pool was stunning.Small, intimate but very friendly.Would definitely go back and recommend it to our friends.
